MATTERPORT 3D VIRTUAL TOUR

All 3D base packages come with 3D walk-through, guided video tour, Dollhouse View, slideshow, and hosting of your 3D model for 3 months (additional hosting available).  24 to 48-hour turnaround on Matterport Tour depending on the services requested.

3D VIRTUAL TOUR - PRICING for MLS 

Elemental Photography uses the high-end Matterport Pro 2 camera in combination with the Matterport platform to create its 3D tours.  The result is a dynamic, immersive walk-through experience that gives potential buyers the opportunity to examine and measure the interior of the property from any angle using their phones, tablets, or computers.  

  • Pricing is based on the house's total area under the roof which includes areas like basements and garages.

  • Less than - 2500 sq/ft - $259 + Tax

  • 2500 - 3500 sq/ft - $279 + Tax

  • 3500 - 4500 sq/ft - $299 + Tax

  • Greater than 4500 sq/ft call for a quote (1-902-430-5478)​

  • 3 months of hosting of the Matterport 3D model is included in the price.

  • Additional hosting available @:

  • $30 per month; after the initial three-month period or

  • $75 for three months ($25 per month ) or

  • $240 per annum ($20 per month)

add-ons 

​Schematic floor plans ($50+Tax​)

  • 2D Schematic floor plans with dimensions - taken by the camera using infrared they are generally accepted to have up to a 2% margin of error.  2D Schematic plans may take up to 2 working days to deliver.

Tour labels ($10+Tax for up to 10 Labels)

  • Tour Labels for the 3D tour - provide information on a room, the objects being sold with the house, the overall dimensions or the type of materials used in features - you can pretty much provide any information you would like to impart on labels.  You can also add links to URLs, documents, photographs, video, marketing material or any number of objects. 

   conditions and deliverables

  • A 3D tour shoot involves a single visit to the property at a prearranged time.

  • Premises need to be photo and tour ready items cannot be moved or removed during the scanning process.

  • Tours are taken between the hours of 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.

  • For 3D tour shoots on the weekend and public holidays add $50  to the base package. 

  • Travel: first 50km are free for a first visit (we use Bayers Lake as the origin point after that 0.75 cents is charged per kilometer.   

  • A link is provided to the client with the  url to their digital 3D tour.

  • Tour is hosted on Matterport for up to 3 months after which additional hosting can be purchased if required.

  • All deliverables are sent to clients within 48 hours from the end of the shoot via Dropbox or WeTransfer.
